Who We Are
Welcome to CH4BOLD FC, Jacksonville’s Premier UPSL semi-pro soccer team! With a mix of young and former professional players, our mission is to continue their development and aid in their placement to higher level teams. Current head Coach Chonto Herrera, represented Columbia’s three World Cups throughout the 1990s and is considered the greatest Columbian right back of all time. CH4BOLD FC is operated by our club’s founders Banchiero Sports Enterprises, Bold City Soccer Academy and CH4 Soccer Academy.

Luis "Chonto" Herrera
Luis “Chonto” Herrera is a former professional soccer player internationally. He became a coach and professional soccer manager accredited by Conmebol. He has worked in professional clubs in Colombia and South America. He played 2 WC, 4 Copa America and Won La Copa Libertadores.
Fabian Banchiero
Fabian Banchiero is CEO of Banchiero Sports, General Manager and Assistant Coach for CH4BOLD FC and Co-Founder/General Manager of Coerver Coaching Argentina. Fabian held coaching positions at Prime Sports, Trinity Baptist College, and Coerver Southeast in Jacksonville. In New York, Fabian was Technical Director and Assistant Sporting Director for Newell’s Old Boys USA Soccer Schools and Director of Coaching at Kosmos FC. He was also a Director at New York Cosmos and Super Soccer Stars. Fabian has received the Professional A Coaching License from AFA/ATFA (Argentina), has licenses from the NSCAA including the State, National Youth, Advanced Regional, Advanced National and DOC Diplomas; and is a graduate from the NYU Sports Management Program. Fabian has played and coached at amateur and semi-professional levels in the US for almost 20 years and has worked in different capacities with many professional teams and soccer organizations in the US and Argentina.
Luis Herrera Jr
Luis is passionate about soccer, having devoted his professional life and academic development in international business to the soccer environment. He has worked as an intermediary for professional players and is now part of the sports management team at CH4 and CH4BOLD FC.
Where Do We Compete
We proudly compete in the Florida Central Conference – Premier Division of the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL). The UPSL is the fourth division of professional soccer in the US and consists of the lower Division 1 and upper Premier Division. CH4BOLD FC was promoted to the Premier Division in August 2024 after spending one season in Division 1.
